The self-proclaimed best detective in Maple World, Peplock Holmes, needs your help. Hunt down villains disguised as the bumbling Detective Pepe and crack a series of mysterious cases. Solving each episode's mission will earn you a bounty of fantastic rewards!

■ Event Details

After completing the introductory quest, hunt monsters near your level for a chance to find a Clumsy Detective Badge.

Use a Clumsy Detective Badge to summon a Disguised Pepe. Defeating it will reward you with Rotation Neso and EXP.

Collect 10 Clumsy Detective Badges to unlock and begin the day's episode, along with its mission.

• The main story unfolds over 10 episodes. You must clear them in order, from Episode 1 to Episode 10.

• A new episode unlocks each day of the event. If you fall behind, don't worry! You'll be able to complete any previously unlocked episodes at your own pace.

• To begin the next episode in the series, you must collect another 10 Clumsy Detective Badges from field monsters.

After completing an episode's mission, you can accept a specific reward claim quest. There is a quest for each individual episode, as well as a final one for clearing them all:

Complete it to receive your prize for that episode. And don't forget the special reward waiting for you after clearing all 10 episodes!

P.S. We've heard rumors of a Hidden Episode. Find it, solve the case, and a secret reward will be yours! (Hint: A clue might be waiting for you at the end of the final episode...)

■ Event Rewards

Defeating the event monster, Disguised Pepe (summoned with a Clumsy Detective Badge), will grant you Rotation Neso and EXP.

• You can use up to 120 Clumsy Detective Badges per day.

• These badges will continue to drop from monsters even after you have completed all episode missions.

Completing an episode's reward claim quest grants the following rewards:

• You can redeem the following milestone rewards by speaking with the NPC Peplock Holmes:

• Episode 5: Peplock Holmes Detective Office Chair Coupon

• Episode 10: Permanent Peplock Holmes Mount Coupon

• Clearing all 10 episodes unlocks the ”Claim All Episodes Reward”. The Hidden Episode is not required for this.

• Episode progress and rewards are tracked per character. However, the Episode 5, Episode 10, and all episode complete reward are limited to once per account. If a character completes these milestone missions after they've already been claimed on your account, they will receive 2x EXP Coupons (15 min) instead.

※ Clumsy Detective Badges will become unusable once the event period ends.

※ The Clumsy Detective Badge can be used up to 120 times per day per character, and the usage limit resets daily at 00:00 (UTC+0).

※ If you leave the hunting field by moving to another channel or map while the event monster is summoned, the monster will disappear and the effect will end.

※ Even if you defeat the event monster, you cannot obtain Rotation NESO if there is no remaining Rotation NESO in the current field's layer.

※ Any actions that violate the Operation Policy may result in restrictions. Accounts restricted from using services within the MapleStory Universe ecosystem, including MapleStory N, may also be excluded from receiving rewards.

※ In case maintenance on MapleStory Universe services takes place on the day of the event conclusion, the event end time may be subject to change.

※ Event schedule, rewards, and other details are subject to change without prior notice. In such cases, additional announcements will be provided separately.

※ Reward items cannot be received after the event period ends.

※ Reward items can be stored in in-game inventory until their expiration period. Items not used within the expiration period will be deleted.

※ Rewards will be distributed only to the wallet used to participate in the event. Please note that the receiving wallet addresses cannot be changed.
