Characters that have completed the ‘[Pudgy World] Welcome Pudgy World’ Quest

■ How to Participate

• Click the ‘Penguins and the Sea’ button in the Event Notifier.

• From the map, select an available fishin' hole to enter the waiting map.

• Once in the waiting map, form a party of 1~4 players and speak to the NPC Pudgy Puro to begin fishing.

※ Your assigned ship is based on your current Fishing Level. Upgrading your ship increases its speed and the capacity of your fish storage.

■ Event Details

• Penguins and the Sea is a cooperative mini-game where 1~4 Maplers work together to catch various fish.

• When you find a fish, press the Spacebar to catch it. Return to the harbor to automatically sell your catch, earning Fishing Points based on its type and size. At the end of each round, these points will be converted into Pudgy Jellies and EXP.

• Fishing Points are tracked in increments of 20,000.

• Party play grants each member a 15% bonus to their earned Fishing Points.

• Accumulating Fishing Points will increase your Fishing Level, which unlocks better ships and gives you access to higher-tier fishin' holes.

• Speak with Pudgy Puro at any fishin' hole to claim your Pudgy Jelly and EXP rewards.

• Pudgy Jelly Rewards:

• You earn 1 Pudgy Jelly for every 20,000 Fishing Points you accumulate.

• The daily limit for accumulating Fishing Points is 1,000,000 for Levels 1-9. This cap increases to 2,000,000 at Level 10.

• Complete all five regional ‘Angler' quests by speaking with Pudgy Puro to earn rewards. An additional bonus of 250 Pudgy Jellies will be awarded for completing all five quests!

※ All Angler quests can be completed once per character.

※ The daily cap for Fishing Points earned is based on your Fishing Level:

• Lv. 1~9: 1,000,000 Points

• Lv. 10: 2,000,000 Points

※ The 120-minute daily limit for time-based EXP rewards is cumulative across all fishin' holes.

※ The daily caps for both Fishing Points and EXP rewards reset at 00:00 (UTC+0).

※ Any actions that violate the Operation Policy may result in restrictions. Accounts restricted from using services within the MapleStory Universe ecosystem, including MapleStory N, may also be excluded from receiving rewards.

※ In case maintenance on MapleStory Universe services takes place on the day of the event conclusion, the event end time may be subject to change.

※ Event schedule, rewards, and other details are subject to change without prior notice. In such cases, additional announcements will be provided separately.

※ Reward items cannot be received after the event period ends.

※ Reward items can be stored in in-game inventory until their expiration period. Items not used within the expiration period will be deleted.

※ Rewards will be distributed only to the wallet used to participate in the event. Please note that the receiving wallet addresses cannot be changed.
