Credit Level System
What is Credit Level and How Can I Increase It?
Credit Level is a system introduced to enhance the MapleStory Universe ecosystem.
When Mapler first connects his/her wallet to the MapleStory Universe service, it will be granted Credit Level 0. Later, different Credit Levels will be granted based on the Mapler’s accumulation of NXPC or KYC verification. Once the conditions for each Credit Level are met, the next Credit Level will be granted, with Level 2 being the highest.
Credit Level System
Credit Level 0
After the introduction of the Credit Level system on June 25, 2025, accounts that meet the following conditions will be granted Credit Level 0:
New wallet accounts connected to MapleStory Universe after the Credit Level is introduced,
Accounts that have connected their wallets to MapleStory Universe before the Credit Level is introduced but do not have a record of playing MapleStory N,
Wallets with service restrictions applied at the time of Credit Level introduction
※ With Credit Level 0, MapleStory N access is limited.
※ If your Credit Level changes from 1 to 0 while playing MapleStory N, your access to the game will be suspended.
Credit Level 1
This level can be acquired by holding 10 NXPC in the wallet.,
The wallet must hold NXPC on the Henesys Chain, the mainnet for MapleStory Universe.,
If the NXPC balance on Henesys Chain falls below 10, the Credit Level will revert to Level 0. ※ NXPC balances held on Avalanche C-chain do not reflect on the Credit Level requirements. For NXPC balance to be reflected on the Credit Level, Maplers must Warp In their NXPC to the Henesys Chain using the Swap & Warp > Warp feature.,
⚠️Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) Accounts that have records of accessing MapleStory N before the June 25 update will be granted Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active).
※ Credit Level 1 (Temporarily Active) is a temporary measure; a separate announcement will be posted when the conditions for existing Maplers' Credit Level change.
Credit Level 2
Accounts that have completed KYC certification will be granted Credit Level 2.,
Once granted Level 2, Credit Level will not change even if NXPC balance fluctuates, as long as KYC verification remains valid.,
Currently, KYC certification is the only condition for obtaining Level 2, but other means of verification will be introduced in the future.
