1. What is Raffle?
When clearing boss content or special content in MapleStory N, you may have a chance to participate in a raffle based on probability.
A raffle is held among Maplers who successfully entered, and rewards are distributed based on the raffle results.
Challenge various bosses and special contents, and seize the thrilling opportunity to win in the raffle!
2. What is Raffle Dashboard?
Raffle Dashboard is where you can check reward details obtained after clearing boss or special content.
The Raffle Dashboard consists of three tabs: Raffle Entry, Raffle Results, and Weekly Lucky Results.
3. Raffle Entry
When you clear boss content or special content, you are automatically entered into the raffle. You can check your raffle participation results in the Raffle Entry tab within the Raffle Dashboard.
3.1. Entry Result Information
You can immediately check your entry result (Success/Fail) in the Raffle Entry tab after registration. ※ For failed entries, you can click the "Hide" button to remove them from the list immediately.
3.2. Entry Information
This section displays the raffle tickets you entered, including the number of party members and the number of raffle tickets used.
Number of Party Members: Shows the number of members at the time of entry.
If you participated in multiple raffles for the same content, the maximum number of members is displayed. Detailed information can be found in Clear Info.
Number of Entry Tickets: Indicates the number of raffle entries (including both successful and failed attempts).
※ If each value is 1 (solo entry or single ticket), it will not be displayed.
3.3. Reward List
At the top of each reward item in the Reward List, you will see a green star emoji or a red lightning bolt emoji.
The green star emoji indicates a reward with low competition, meaning a higher chance of winning.
The red lightning bolt emoji indicates a reward with high competition, meaning a lower chance of winning.
※ You can left-click a reward item to display the "Marketplace Info" button. Selecting this button will direct you to the Marketplace search results page for that item.
You can check the remaining time until the next raffle for each content.
Daily raffle occurs every day at 00:00 (UTC +0).
Weekly raffle occurs every Thursday at 00:00 (UTC +0).
While a raffle is in progress, the Raffle Dashboard will display "Raffle in progress", and you will not be able to use features during this time.
※ If you have a registered entry in the Raffle Entry tab and wish to unlink your character, you must first give up the raffle. Consumed entries will not be restored, so please check your Raffle Dashboard before proceeding with the character unlink.
3.5. Clear Information
Click the “Clear Info” button at the top right of each content tab to view the following information:
Clear Time: The time when the content was cleared
Raffle Time: The time when the raffle takes place
Party Info: Party roles and number of members
Tokens Submitted: Number of tokens submitted for the raffle draw
Raffle Registration: Number of available reward slots for the draw
※ When clearing content, you may have a chance to enter a raffle for rewards.
If your entry succeeds, you can check the available rewards and their quantities in the Raffle Entry tab.
After a set period, when the raffle concludes, you can check the Raffle Results tab to see whether you received rewards.
If your entry fails, it will appear as a failed entry in the Raffle Entry tab, and you will not be able to receive any rewards.
4. Raffle Results
Once the raffle time shown in the Raffle Entry tab has passed, the rewards for successfully entered content will appear in the “Raffle Results” tab.
If you win a reward, a message will appear at the bottom of the game screen. You can press the ‘O’ key to go directly to the Raffle Results tab.
4.1. Reward Claim

Description
If you did not win, it will be marked as "UNLUCKY."
If you won the raffle, you can check the claimable rewards in the Raffle Dashboard.
Won rewards become available to claim 3 days after the raffle result is announced.
※ To delete all lost entries at once, click the “DELETE ALL UNLUCKY” button at the bottom left of the Raffle Results tab. ※ Won rewards are redistributed among party members who participated in the same raffle. ※ To claim all available rewards at once from the Raffle Results page, click the "REWARD ALL" button at the bottom left of the Raffle Results tab.
4.2. Reward Claim Period
Rewards can be claimed within 7 days from the time they appear in the Raffle Results tab.
The remaining claim time can be checked at the top right of the results.
Rewards not claimed before the expiration time can no longer be obtained, so please make sure to claim your rewards within the given period!
4.3. Character Unlink Restriction
If there are claimable rewards in the Raffle Results tab, you cannot unlink your character. Please claim all rewards via the Raffle Dashboard before unlinking.
5. Weekly Lucky Results
In the “Weekly Lucky Results” tab, you can view the total amount of NESO and all items (FT/NFT) obtained each week for up to four weeks.
※ The displayed list is totaled based on winning results, and includes rewards that expired and were not claimed. ※ Weekly updates occur every Thursday at 00:00 (UTC +0). ※ Daily updates occur every day at 00:00 (UTC +0). ※ Click the History button for each week to view your Raffle History for that week.
6. Raffle History
Through the “Sort” button at the top right of the Raffle Dashboard, you can view your entire history of raffle entries and rewards.
If a reward claim period has expired and the information is no longer visible in the Raffle Results tab, you can still check it in the Raffle History tab.
Click the “Close Raffle History” button at the top right to exit the tab.
