4-2. Gameplay

  • Each stage has five rooms, and you will always start in the center room.

  • A Music Box is located in the middle of each room. The room's color will be yellow or purple, depending on whether it contains a Sleepytime Music Box or a Nightmare Music Box.

  • The yellow gauge at the top of the screen fills when there are more Sleepytime Music Boxes. Conversely, the purple gauge fills when there are more Nightmare Music Boxes.

  • To clear the stage, you must fill the gauge completely yellow within the 3-minute time limit. If the gauge turns completely purple, you will be kicked out.

  • Sleepytime Music Boxes turn into Nightmare Music Boxes when attacked by Nightmare Guardians and Nightmare Gargoyles. You must destroy a Nightmare Music Box by dealing a certain amount of damage to turn it back into a Sleepytime Music Box.

  • The HP of Nightmare Music Boxes and monsters increases with each stage. The attack power of monsters is fixed regardless of the stage.

  • You will earn Dream Points proportional to the stage you clear. These points are used to activate Tactical Abilities.
