1. Getting Started with Maple Legion
You must have at least 3 characters per world that are level 60 or higher and have completed 2nd Job Advancement. Additionally, the combined level of all characters must be 500 or higher.
After meeting these conditions, complete the quest "[Legion] We Are Legion" from the Notifier at the left side of the screen to unlock the Maple Legion system.

2. Maple Legion UI Overview

① How to Assign Units
Click [Assign Units] to begin. You can drag eligible Legion characters onto the Synergy Grid to assign them as Raiders.
Right-click on a raider already assigned on the Grid to remove them.
After placing all units, click [Confirm] to finalize. Click Reverse button[🔄] to revert to the previous assignment.
You must start placing blocks from one of the four central points on the Synergy Grid. One of these four must contain a character block, and all blocks must be connected to each other.
Block shapes vary depending on each character’s level and class. You can flip or rotate blocks to customize your layout.
Characters assigned to a Legion raid party cannot be unlinked or deleted. To unlink or delete them, first remove them from the Legion.

② Legion Presets
Save your customized assignments using presets and load them as needed.
Each preset can store one layout. Up to 5 presets are available.
③ Legion Bonuses
Legion provides two types of buff effects that apply to all characters within the same world:
3-1. Grid Bonuses
The battle map consists of 16 zones, each with its own stat bonus. Placing a character block in a zone activates that zone's effect.
The Grid expands based on your Legion rank. In Nameless Legion, only 8 central zones are available. Starting from Renowned Legion, additional zones unlock for every 1,000 Legion levels.
You can rearrange the positions of STR, DEX, INT, LUK, HP, MP, ATK, and Magic zones using the arrow icon in the center.

3-2. Member Bonuses
These are additional buffs based on the class/job of legion-assigned members.
Legion-assigned member effects are enhanced when characters reach levels 60 / 100 / 140 / 200 / 250, upgrading their card ranks to B / A / S / SS / SSS.
If multiple characters of the same class/job are assigned, only one instance of the effect is applied.

④ Legion Ranks
Legion ranks are divided into Renowned and Nameless Legions, each with 5 sub-levels.
You can upgrade your rank using Legion Coins after meeting level requirements. Higher ranks allow more characters to join the Legion raid party.

3. Block Boosts
A Block Boost increases the size of a selected unit's block, but does not affect Legion-assigned member Bonuses or overall Legion raid power.
To activate a boost, right-click the raider and consume Legion Coins. The boost lasts for 7 days.
※ If there is a Block Boost Coupon, it will be used before Legion Coins.

If a raider already has an active Block Boost, you can hover over them to check the remaining duration. You can extend or remove the boost by right-clicking the raider. Coins used will not be refunded upon cancellation.

3-1. Boost Status
The number of characters eligible for Block Boost varies by Legion rank. You can check how many boosted raiders are currently assigned via the [Boosted Blocks] panel on the right.
When a Block Boost is applied, the raider’s block increases by one tier in size compared to its original rank, and is displayed in blue on the Synergy Grid to indicate that the boost is active.

4. Legion Raids
Legion Raids are battles fought using your attack unit. You earn Legion Coins by dealing damage to the boss.
Higher Legion raid power leads to faster coin gain. Legion power is based on character level and Star Force.
Legion Raids run automatically based on Legion power, even when you're offline. You may also participate manually for faster results.
When your Legion Coins reach the maximum, a notification will appear. The cap depends on your Legion rank.

4-1. Raid Mechanics

① How it Works: Once started, your Legion attacks the boss dragon automatically. Manual participation increases the rate at which you earn coins.
② Boss HP: The boss has two types of HP: regular HP (green) and shield HP (purple). Regular HP can be directly damaged, while shield HP can only be damaged by automatic attacks. Raiders first deal damage to regular HP, and once it is depleted, they begin damaging shield HP. If only shield HP remains, direct attacks will no longer deal damage.
③ Retreat: Click [Retreat] to leave the raid. Earned coins are given upon exit. Raids continue automatically even without your participation.
④ Coin Accumulation: Every 10 billion damage dealt grants additional coins. Your total coin earnings are displayed in yellow at the top left of the screen.
4-2. Legion Raid Weekly Mission
Through the Dame Appropriation NPC in the village, you can participate in the [Legion] Weekly Dragon Extermination mission.
Misson Details: Defeat 100 Dragon Whelps, defeat 20 Golden Wyverns.
Reward: 200 Legion Coins

※ The mission resets every Thursday at midnight.
※ Weekly Mission can be cleared once per week per world.
5. Legion Coin Shop
Spend Legion Coins earned through raids or weekly missions to purchase rewards.
Access the shop via NPC Squire Pancho Sanza in each town.
